Organic 'Fog' green tea, is grown in Eastern China in a misty cloud and fog environment.  This environment lends to its unique 'terroir', giving this tea a smooth and balanced profile. Chinese green tea is pan-fired or roasted very shortly after being harvested, as opposed to Japanese green tea, which is steamed.
