I'm a huge fan of this tea. It's a soothing way to unwind at the end of a night. The flavour is light; the scent appealing.

This tea is great to have in the evening or after a stressful day

This infusion did the trick when battling a bout of insomnia. Relaxing without the 'drugged' feeling. My only suggestions for improvement would be to take out the peppermint, and increase the lemon flavour, so as to somewhat mitigate the grassy taste of the herbs.

I find many herbal teas to be slightly bitter, but this one tastes awesome! Very smooth, very relaxing, and I went to bed so easily with it!

My husband drinks it every night & says it really helps. He tried David's Tea sleepy blend, but it didn't work well & he did not like the flavour.

Been having interrupted sleep for awhile & went back to having a small cup of sweet dreams before bed. Ahhhhh forgot what it was like to sleep through the entire night! My FAV !

Both my 13 year old daughter and I LOVE the Sweet Dreams tea. After a long day at work or after hockey practice it's the perfect thing to winde down with. It's very calming and I've purchased it numerous times. There is also something in it that our cat loves because she's on our lap the minute we have it trying to get at it.

This tea really does help with sleep, but just be sure to check with your doctor before using it if you take any prescription medications. I found out that the valerian root in it can interact with some medications.

I have only tried the product once thus far and it did provide a calming effect to help me get to sleep.
